No returns/exchanges for international customers.

At Mohit hair Affair Point, we are pleased to offer our customers the option to make returns if they meet certain criteria. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition, within 7 days of delivery. If you’re eligible, a store credit is issued for the returned item,no refunds.

To initiate a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you use our designated returns center. This will ensure that your request is processed promptly and efficiently.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges through any other means. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to our valued customers.

Mohit Hair Affair Point Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mohit Hair Affair Point, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges on all hair pieces within7 days of delivery,provided that the items are returned in the same condition as they were shipped out. Please ensure that the product is packaged in the same way as it was shipped to you when returning it.

It is important to note thatwe do not accept any returns or exchanges forinternational orders, sale items, eyelashes, or accessories such as hair clips, hair powders, hair carriers, curly buns, braid hairbands, etc.

Finally, please be aware that if the product has been used or modified in any way, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange, and it will be shipped back to you.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to our valued customers.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.

All our hair accessories including our eyebrows, hair carrier, fly fix, hair powder as well as braided hairbands are not eligible for return.

Apart from this if any item was purchased at a discounted rate or sale, a return/exchange cannot be accepted.

Yes, the return charges have to be borne by the customer.

We have two options –

Reverse Shipping –We can arrange for a pickup using our courier partners for a charge of ₹200, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Manual Shipping –You can send us the product using any courier of your choice.

We are open to any return and exchanges that done within 7 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met.

  1. The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
  2. The cost of shipping back is borne by the customer.
  3. Mohit Hair Affair Point is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.

Please Note – Wedo not acceptany returns and exchanges for international orders, discounted items as well as eyelashes, accessories including hair clips, hair powders, hair carrier etc.

We only issue store credits, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase something the next time butwe do not give any refunds.

No, the shipping charge of Rs. 250 borne during purchase (for orders below Rs. 12000) is not liable for a refund under any circumstance.

Note

We would like to inform you that we have a limit of two returns per customer. This means that if you have returned a product twice and would like to return another, we will not be able accept a return for the third order.
